Where is IPPA Dance Located?

IPPA Dance holds classes at Turnberrie’s Community Centre, located on Bath Road in Thornbury, Bristol, BS35 2BB.

What should I wear to dance class?

Comfortable, breathable clothing that allows full movement is recommended. Specific classes, like ballet, may require specific attire such as leotards, tights, and ballet shoes. Please check the dress code for your particular class.

Do I need any prior experience to join a class?

No prior experience is necessary for most beginner classes. We offer classes for all skill levels, so whether you’re new to dance or have been dancing for years, you’ll find a class that suits you.

How can I register for a class?

You can register for a class online through our website or visit our studio in person. We recommend signing up early as classes may fill up quickly.

What is your policy on missed classes?

At IPPA Dance we have a 24 hour cancellation policy so we ask that if you do wish to cancel a class this is done prior to 24 hours before. If not the class may be charged.

Who are the instructors?

Isobel Powell: Founder, head of dance, and Royal Ballet School affiliate. An accomplished performer and choreographer with credits in prestigious dance companies and productions, Isobel brings a wealth of training and expertise.
Naomi Jeffery: Former scholarship student at The London Studio Centre with extensive international performance and choreography credits.
Kelly Downing: Guest teacher, known for roles in Hamilton and Starlight Express with versatile dance experience.
