Are these Classes for Me?
This class is for anyone who wants to look, move and feel like a dancer! Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness, age (above 16), ability and dance experience. You do not need any previous dance or general exercise experience and all classes are entirely suitable for beginners. With regular workouts, you will develop muscle mass, improve bone density and flexibility and achieve the posture and balanced mobility of a dancer’s body. These dance classes will provide powerful benefits for the mind too. You will leave feeling physically and mentally strong and liberated.

What to Bring
All props, barres and equipment are provided, just bring water if you wish and enjoy your class.
What to Wear
You’ll want to wear something comfortable that allows you to move, stretch and bend your body into numerous positions! Removable layers that can be taken off during your class are often useful. Ballet shoes, bare feet, or soft dance shoes are suitable for all classes.
